On July 19, 1973, DCW Industries, Inc. came into existence as an aerospace research firm. DCW Industries, Inc. has been an Aerospace Research and Development firm ever since, although not exclusively. During the past seven years, we have diversified into book publishing, software development and retail book sales. Read on if you would like to learn a little bit about who we are and what we're up to. DCW industries Inc. was founded by Dr. David C. Wilcox in July of 1973. We're located in La Canada, California, which is nestled between Glendale and Pasadena. Dr. Wilcox did his undergraduate studies in Aeronautics and Astronautics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, receiving a BS degree in 1966. He performed his graduate studies in Aeronautics at the California Institute of Technology, leading to a PhD in 1970. In addition to serving as our Corporate President, he currently teaches part time at both UCLA and USC. We have specialized in Computational Fluid Dynamics and turbulence research since the company's founding, managing numerous research and development contracts under the sponsorship of NASA, the Army, the Air Force, the Navy, ARPA and various private companies. Our recent diversification has produced six new textbooks and several software packages.
